Needless to say Sera didn’t have a cameo in the original manga chapter as it was in Volume 57 (back when Eisuke was around…yeah, the chapter is THAT old) and she didn’t arrive on scene until Volume 73. Remember how Aoyama tossed in a reference to Attack on Titan in a manga case recently? Well guess what was popular back during the time he wrote this case? Yuuuuuup. That said I think the second time, appropriately enough, was Kogoro in the Bar, the episode we just looked at the past two posts. Oh, I think this manga case was the first time we had Kogoro giving narration.
